Healing isn’t always still. Sometimes, it’s in motion—and sometimes, it aches.

Lately, my left hip and knee have been reminding me I’m off my normal routine and healing while traveling this go around has proven to be a little more difficult than past trips.
No regular chiropractic visits. No deep tissue massage. Yoga’s been spotty too—rainy mornings, hard gravel grounds, moving to the next stop.

Still, we’ve been walking. Forest trails, beach strolls, even a two-mile trek through Philly for that $35 oxtail cheesesteak (yes, it was worth the hype). Then yesterday, finally, I got to move with breath again. Cape Henlopen. Sand under me, ocean behind me, body saying “thank you.”
So yes, this is still healing while traveling—not the picture-perfect kind, but the kind that meets you where you are. In soreness, in stillness, in motion.

BTW: “It’s a process…some days I’m healing, some days I’m just holding it together. Either way, I’m still going.” – Me, apparently
Have you ever done yoga on the beach? Or tried to keep your healing going while life’s moving fast? I’d love to hear how you find peace in motion—drop a comment or send me a message. Let’s talk about the process.
